I have been repairing all type and series of FUJIFILM Endoscope for more than 8 years. Leading a team of 16 experts, I have been playing a role as workshop supervisor at workshop division for two years Leadership training, I train new employees how to repair endoscopes and teach them how to act in teamwork. I am repairing minor, intermediate and major repair as an expert at the moment. I have invented a method to increase speed of major repairing up to 20%. Communication with doctors and nurses for issue solving remotely. I often go to hospitals and clinics to train nurses how to handle, prepare, precleaning, cleaning and storage the Endoscopes. I am training nurses how to prepare scopes for before and after procedure. I am new to Visual Studio vb.net, however I have created a software to help our department to get report from our services and analyze them to increase quality and speed of our services

Endoscopes Repairing Technician

I started my job 8 years ago at this company as a technician of repairing endoscopes. I have attended at many trainings about basics endoscopy and repair endoscopes so I have got certificates related to them.I have been trained to diagnose endoscopic device problems in hospitals and clinics on the spot so that they can be repaired quickly, which reduces 30% of our incoming endoscopes to the company and ultimately the hospital does not need to close its endoscopy department.
